The Importance of Overload in Training
I think it's a very sexy idea that in practice doesn't look quite as sexy on like Strava or whatever, because they're relatively small tweaks. The question is whether the overload is just one to 5% which might be top professional athletes who are doing very small tweaks because they're already close to maxed out. Or if you're a 10 mile per week athlete, you can do maybe 100% overload. And these overload box help you adapt to be capable of more than you think you can. But that being said, don't be afraid to get quite sexy.
