For my fitness, i really don't make it its something that i have to do every day. So i would go and do waits fro, sort of monday to friday. And do, you know, a bit of carty on the week. But  it's just about keeping active as much as i can, while still enjoying it. I think people are realizing more and more that exercisesis so great for your mental health,. As well as being good for your social health too.
