Madeline: I think it all comes down to communication. Most of the dads that I interviewed were super busy dads who worked at least one job and were really career driven, focused on their career And my dad was no different. He has always had at least one jobs and he's working all the time and he still is but he talks openly about his work. Do you know 82% of men who go to a job? Don't like it. Madeline: It's really sad eight eight out of ten men going to a job that they dislike or hate.
