Drones Can't Fly if the Transponder Is Not Enabled

The commercial drone industry has been so frustrated by this process. Starting next week, every drne, consumer or commercial, and even r c planes will need to have a transponder that tells them where they are in the air. There's still a lot of discussion going on about what happens with traffic control,. And air traffic control integration and all that doesn't exist yet.
