JP Morgan: We're not concerned with leverage metrics in the housing market. Debt to disposable income in America is well below 2008 levels. Dodd-Frank regulations have taken a lot of risk out of the banking sector. A forced deleveraging cycle like we saw in 2008 seems unlikely.
