For power athletes, carbs is king. There's enough literature that's come out on carbohydrates and power. For muscle growth, obviously amino acids is key. Great sleep is critical because almost all of the rejuvenating anabolic hormones happen during deep sleep. And you know, one of the things that I'm really happy to see a lot of people promote now is lean muscle mass. So even though you don't want to look like a bodybuilder, I think all of us should be trying to build a little bit of lean muscle mass."
