Any socialistic norm always fails because it's inconsistent with the capitalist norms that you've already presupposed by engaging in discourse itself. We're a social species and we tend to value peace and harmony over violent conflict - this is what motivates us to engage in an attempt to find Norms. You wouldn't be trying to findNorms at all if you weren't trying to find them first of all.
