The Importance of Honesty in Arbitration

We're always reading and critiquing and each other. There isn't like a third party who you said, attorney, is this any good? Because we can't see the wood through the trees. And so if something's wrong, you have to tell us because you would be doing us a disservice if you say it's good. I don't think we would want like an arbitration type process. It would feel really weird. But for us, it works.
