I think the main thing that is making decisions really quickly. So if you decide to hire someone or try something or stop a project, stopping it quickly is important as well. I definitely see this pattern with a lot of solopreneurs. Yes, there is an opportunity cost as well. When you're doing lots of different projects like you, it's like definitely taking time away from other things that could happen.
