I want to be able to have that conversation fluendly in developing relationships. I never want an assistant coach to try to go behind my backi and i've heard that before late, some assistant coaches will say, i can't really take this to my head coach because he'll think i'm jumping ship,. So we get to know each other. Not everybody's dream is tho be a headcoch so for those that want to be a head coach, or for those that wanted different position, they're in gold to be.
