In on MPs, you describe a system that's almost designed to produce worn out, pressed paranoid conformists. Many of you also have raging egos. How do we fix that basic? Raging everything. So I think there's like multiple parts to that. The first one is we have got to alleviate them of some of the constituency work. And it's this weird toxic feedback load. We have shit under scrutinized law that creates all of these problems that then wash up in MPs offices. That means that they do not have the time to scrutinize the next set of legislation which creates more issues. It just goes on and on and on.
