Do You Have a Company Culture?

Company culture is the set of assumptions that you can make about somebody that you work with without having ever interacted with them. Netfleck culture talks a lot about no rules or rules wich as if you have a team of people who have good judgment, you don't need to create all these special exemptions for people with bad judgment. You just reinforce what good judgment means and hire those people. Only have people whose judgment that you trust, who operating good faith, who are aligned with the culture.
