Is This a Candidate for Challenge Under the Major Questions Doctrine?
I think there was ideas of whether certain industries were not going to be the prime focus here. We know how broad it can be utilized and I don't know that if I was an industry that utilizes independent conduct is that I would feel safe as that stands now. It's a double edged sword at the least they could feel you one could say that shows a thought through alternatives are reasonable but also that they're acting, you know, just well arbitrarily. So, I'm not expecting frankly that they will do the right thing or the right or wrong depending on which way you think it is anything that narrows it I think would be the right thing, considering how broad it is.
