The Benefits of Gardening
Being exposed to soil in your environment increases the diversity of bacteria in your gut. Being barefoot growing around you can get the grass and the sand and dirt is very very healthy for kids and adults alike. There's something emotionally intellectual that extends human lifespan because we're so intrinsically tied to the health of the planet. The more connection we have with thehealth of the planet the more benefits our own health.
