Tech-based Carbon Removal: Sustaera’s Direct Air Capture
Climate Rising
The Future of Energy Efficiency
The process requires us to have an access to renewable electricity. We can either pull it off a existing renewable power plant, which is there nearby or we can co-site and co-build a renewable power plant on the site where we are building these units. The beauty of our system is that it doesn't need a lot more, apart from electricity and a place to put the CO2. So we could be in the middle of nowhere in some place, Wyoming or not Dakota and we could have a large tractor land where we are putting windmills in our solar farm and batteries to really generate electricity - then use that electricity to capture CO2 from there.
