The Importance of Focus in Spiritual Life

The mind requires focus, flow and completion. A satanic mind is a happy mind which actually has a downward effect on the body also. We have given up everything in life to follow Vivekarananda. The work they take up, they finish no matter what the obstacles. Sometimes there is a diligent approach to spiritual life or intellectual life. If we don't complete it, if we don't put our all into it, the result is often a kind of frustration, unhappiness.
