The Value of Consistency in the Pre-Approval Process
The pre-approval process, again, being our number one value proposition, it's a seven day a week, eight AM to nine PM process. It operates 364 days a year. The only day it's closed is Christmas day. Most loan originators don't have a scripted process. They wing it. So my process, when you're calling to get pre-approved, we follow a script. But it's not sometimes the word script is like it comes out negative. It's meant to be impactful for the customer.
