The Importance of Inclusive Capital in Private Equity
I had a wonderful run at Carl Elcifo. It was definitely a step outside my comfort zone. But I became a much better executive, frankly, during my time at Nasdaq because of that. VISTA is unique in its ecosystem. It is vertical in its enterprise software expertise. And it brings together what I did at Nasdaq and what I did with Carlisle. There's a common thread between all of it, not just the comfortable being uncomfortable, but inclusive capital.
