The SEC has the enforcement capability to look at what people are doing by name in options, derivatives, short sales. Do you think they're looking into it? I don't know. When you look at some of the position of J.P. Morgan, of course you didn't really buy any long-dated bonds. The Federal Reserve itself never forecasted what's going on. And whether you forecasted it or not, you should be stress testing people for it.
