Microsoft's Deal With Sony
The two sides have passed or have paused legal actions and are in talks to determine a restructured deal that would address the competition of markets, authorities, concerns. The CMA has extended its deadline for its overall investigation from July 18th to August 29th. However, Microsoft has a deadline of July 18th. That's tomorrow as we are recording the show in order to close the deal without having to pay a breakup fee.
