The Importance of Tracking Lostness
Katherine Whittenton is the digital strategy manager at Nielsen Norman Group. She says it's important to track other data as well, because you're not sure that the user is satisfied just because they completed a task. And also, like we've mentioned several times about persuasion, just because you've persuaded someone to do something using all these lovely tricks of the trade, doesn't necessarily feel that make sense.
