Is Civil Resistance an Important Problem to Solve?
Gitcoin is releasing a protocol for civil resistance called Gitcoin Passport. It's really a very problem to solve, but I think it's one of the most important research problems in web three right now. The ability to identify an individual versus a potential network of bots or bad actors is just such an unlocked for the space generally. If you want web three to go mainstream, you have to make it less plutocratic or democratic.
