What Does It Take to Feel Better?

For me, it's mind, body, spirit. It is how you feel emotionally at the end of a class. And i've got much more serious in these last decades about really the purpose of what we are doing. What's the reason? And if i don't know a reason for an exercise, i'm not going to do it. Yes, because now you don't have stick figures. Maybe you should make some for yourself. But we do incredibly complicated coreography. And sometimes i'll think, like, why are you doing that? And then i realize that everything you do, like you said, has some purpose. You're so dedicated. That makes a huge difference.
