LZ Granderson: It's been a pretty compressive and, let's call it inflamed time. And the job market being hot with that, lots of jobs available, a lot of tech layoffs. So maybe a reshuffling of the deck here, a little bit of a white collar recession. He says he thinks three times a week is the sweet spot for growing your glutes. LZ: I don't believe in just doing a shit ton of band work but can sometimes be inefficient. But if you're looking to add additional sessions or do something more metabolite-rich, dosing yourself every day will help.
