Dianne Wertheim: The transition between different contexts is definitely something that inersects with many of the things that we work on in our work on career disruption. I'm interested, perhaps, in digging into what you think individuals can do in terms of not just planning for when they're 60 or next year or 65 but ther sort of net working and building of relationships as they approach it. She says doing low risk projects, see whether you even like doing it, so that you avoid the fiasco you had with teaching.
