Russia's Defense Minister Refused to Call US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin

Russia's defense chief apparently refused multiple attempted phone calls from US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. The two men have apparently only spoken once since Russia's war began, and that was all the way back in May. Congressman Jim Hines of Connecticut just returned from a visit to Ukraine where he met with President Volodymiers Zelensky.
