Michael Wolraich: When you can't have a banking as a public utility, then inevitably what happens is that the government becomes a private utility. He says Yellen has essentially bailed out deposit, extended deposit insurance to all depositors not just up to $250,000 of a couple of banks. "The all is well message is definitely not very credible," he adds. 'We'll just have to see how it rolls along'
