What's Rawls's Second Principle?

I'm very curious about the second principle. The way I've heard it's spelled out is slightly different, which would have very different implications. Those two interpretations of the principle would yield very different societies. And I'm wondering whether your version of this principle might just be the correct version. It might be exactly what Rawl said, and I've just misinterpreted it here.
