Intra ocular pressure normal, diffuse injuct in both eyes which blanched with funnel efrin. No frank pain and no tenderness with palpation, no potephobia, sola. Nasal terminance, tacacartic, regular rhythm without murmurs. Abdomen was soft, non tender, non descended and without organo megle. There were no purpra nodules or rashes and no adema or synovitis.
