The Mind of No Clinging
The Buddha said, don't revive the past nor hope to be in the future. Instead with insight, see each arising state, not craving after the past experience and not setting one's heart on future ones. And then there is a free flow of experience, moment after moment, and there's no one clinging at anything,. There's the craving for non-existence as a way out of the suffering. In Buddhist philosophy, this is called fallacy of the annihilationist view.
