I would also find that mentors are happy to be approached to be mentors as well. Sometimes you find talent where other people aren't looking. I think if one searches out inspiration, you can find it. You just have to look for it. And we'll continue to do zoom and the other things we do to work remotely and, you know, manage to do it all. That's great.
