She wrote several books of verse in 1829 alone titled The Sorrows of Rosalie, I Do Not Love Thee and The Cold Change. But as Caroline's literary reputation grew, so did George's anger at her. He flew into a rage at her over what seemed a mild exchange about where to sit at breakfast.
