Leadership Lesson - You Can't Just Leave Things as They Are

Walt britny: I was getting my hair cut about nine months ago, and the girl who cuts my hair has kids in our student ministry. She just made this comment, i wish my kids had the kind of youth group i grew up in. So i started asking some questions. And i encouraged passers, you got to do this. You got to talk to the people. How are we doing? Is this working? He says it's a massive leadership lesson. It changes the way we do student ministry. The heart that we carry is meno. It's our joe. We're not changing the vision, but the system we use to reach student.
