I'm sorry to say, but the two stories you shared to me are painful. The most effective people i have ever worked with were feminine or women. And it made us intelligent. It made us able to do things that just the hyper masculine work environment doesn't even recognize. To start what can be done. I mean, how can we take that one % and get it to a reasonable share of 50? If you just do simple mass why? What is wrong? What can be changed?
