Do Justices Roberts, Thomas, and Alito Dissented in Obergefell?
Chief Justice Roberts was in the Dobs majority, but he didn't join Alito's opinion. I don't think Chief Justice Roberts is especially opposed to the outcome of Obergefell. If enough of his colleagues were willing to reconsider it, I don't doubt that he would be in the majority to overturn. Did Justice Thomas mention interracial marriage when he was talking about cases that might be reversed? He did not,. But I think Justice Thomas would say as probably most of the justices in the majority would say.
