The Four Ways to Be a Poet

There's probably four ways to be a poet. You can be self-conscious and self-expressive, that means you're a cognitive lyric poet. Or you can be unself-conscious but self-expressed, which means you're kind of a rhapsodic poet. Most poets prefer to play a kind of game of pageantry and mimicry where they occupy a persona.
