How to Hiring a Growth Mindset
It was definitely a learning curve because I had never been a manager before. It's like just fell flat on your face and then like wait. What do we actually need to do here? And so basically when something like that happens is like okay step back starting a first principle. Write a job description that is not just copying pace from like some big tech startup or whatever. Think about the person that you're trying to attract in like Who we are and what makes us special as a company, write that out.
