I think there's a certain element of having to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and maybe not being able to see what the future holds. What are one or two books that really influenced you either on people strategy or that have influenced you in your life?Yeah, I'm a big reader. I love nonfiction books in this kind of category sports and business and original ideas. So legacy is one that really influenced me, which is about the All Blacks, the rugby team and been lucky enough to speak to James Kerr who was embedded within them.
