Jeff Shell: Disney's decision to put "Hocus pocus" on streaming didn't go over well with theatrical exhibitors. He says the move makes sense because it collects data about what movies people might sign up for versus going to a theater and watch that type of movie. Shell: Everyone is doing this kind of same thing, but executives have shifted in how they want to do it.
