Raint: How can some one in an organization just be better recognized as an innovator for the innovations that they do every day? I think you're right, sometimes organizations, either hierarchy or by job classification or title, we think innovation happens over there. Raint: The most innovation that's happening in proci every single day is happening in the class room. And so to me, an innovation is about seeing challenges and problems as opportunities and possibilities.
