When robespierre painted a picture of the conspiracy working against me, i mean, france, there were two things that started to super trouble the members of the convention who listened. First, robespierre was going into pretty good detail about the nature of the plot. Second, he was not naming any names. So this special blend of specific vagueness was deeply unsettling to everyone in the hall.
