How Do You Reform Institutions?

Tatiana: What should some one do when they find themselves in a very dis functional society, where there is less and less reason to even engage just the productive mode of life. I've done this in a much more complex way than than like a cut in dry i became a pirate, right? Am, i went, i went away looking for productivity. And i'm not exactly someone who's exited productive society. But if you're going to go from productive society to something else, it doesn't have to be as straight-forward or straightforward as we might first think.
