Many times pastors go into a church and they didn't prepare to have to do all the things that they're doing, he says. "Pastoral ministry is a grind" Most of what you do on a daily basis isn't seen by your average person or anyone else in his/her life. The buck stops with us when it comes to caring for our people; we are called to shepherd them.
