The Disparity Between What We Expect and What We Deliver
We need to get better at decision making. That's our job. And often we don't close the learning loop in the end, because we don't measure and we don't think about our decisions on a meta level afterwards. It's like, let's not be so harsh on others all the time. Let's just assume that we're wrong. I think the world would be a better place for it.
