When someone tells you they're ging to do something, don't take their word for it. Get it in writing. Sometimes contracts are enforceible when you talk. There is nothing wrong with telling a 12 year old, we're going to sign you when you're sixeen. But now there's a lawsuit that could change the way business is done in the dominica forever.
