The Difference Between Housing and the Financial Crisis and the Housing Bubble
Housing is a very different environment when it comes to single family residential properties that we've ever been in. We still recovering from a long period of probably seven to eight years, seven years of extreme underbuilding. On the commercial side, we don't have that same dynamic, right? It's not that leveraged like we saw with single family housing that it can cause that sort of damage to the economy,. I think it's going to be far more limited.
