The Evolution of Human Trafficking

By 1949, the international convention to suppress trafficking in persons and the exploitation of the prostitution of others was signed. By that point, trafficking has now expanded to encompass people of all races, all genders, all ages. It can also be transnational or domestic holding hands under a rainbow. If there weren't cases of human trafficking that sort of captured the public's imagination, we wouldn't know about them.
