In this episode of "A Changed Mind," David Bayer explores the concept of Reality Transurfing, a framework developed by Russian quantum physicist Vadim Zeland. David explains how multiple versions of your reality already exist and that true change comes from shifting your identity, not just your actions.

David outlines a practical three-step process: defining your key goals, taking an honest inventory of the habits and beliefs holding you back, and adopting the mindset and behaviors of your desired future self now.

Memorable Quotes

“Who you are is actually a choice. It may be who you’ve been up until now, and because it’s who you’ve been, you’ve accumulated evidence that compels you to believe this is who you are—but that doesn’t mean it’s who you have to continue being.”

“Most of us believe, ‘I’ll feel relaxed when I make the money. I’ll feel confident when I find the relationship. I’ll stop worrying when the business becomes successful.’ In other words, we think the result allows the identity, but we’ve gotten the entire process backwards.”
