How to Succeed in a Mid-Side Business
It's very rare that a mid-side business is willing to pay the kind of fees and costs that you see in big private investment firms or big bad names are charging for their work. So if you're talking about deals around 300 million, 200 and 50 million, 400 million dollars on that level, simply paying the big names in banking isn't possible. It will take a lot of money from your deals. Yet there are small private investment firms, even Latin America's small boutique firms that probably find you to the ranks and bring deals to the table.
