The Importance of Showing Up

The first reason why showing up is the solution. If you're going to do anything, you have to start. Mark Twain quote that says we have a lot of problems and most of them are in our heads. Their fears, they are looking forward and forecasting incorrectly about our lives thinking the worst case scenario is going to happen. But then when reality shows up, the actual thing was fine. The fear was misplaced. We had no reason to be all worked up and worried and concerned about what may or may not happen. And so if you could have the awareness to acknowledge that that's happening with you, well, then you can stop all the fear and the worry cycle that you're in
